Jacqueline was born in Magog, Québec; she has studied art at the Montreal Museum School of Art and Design, Cegep du Vieux Montréal, and the Université du Québec à Montréal where she graduated in 1973.  

Jacqueline moved to Calgary in 1981 and has spent over 10 years working for the Calgary Board of Education as an art teacher. 

Jacqueline’s work is inspired by her surroundings, in which imagination plays a big role.
